Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 28 October 2022 as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lee James Cotton of Robert Day and Company Limited, The Old Library, The Walk, Winslow, Buckingham, MK18 3AJ be appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."

At a subsequent meeting of creditors held on the same day Martin Maloney (IP No. 9628) and Andrew Poxon (IP No. 8620) both of Leonard Curtis, Leonard Curtis House, Elms Square, Bury New Road, Whitefield, Greater Manchester, M45 7TA were appointed as Joint Liquidators by the Company's creditors.
