Notice is hereby given that on 2 April 2019 a petition was presented to the Sheriff of Tayside, Central and Fife at Perth by Turnbull Aluminium Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts having company registration number SC337042, having its registered office at Unit 3 Ruthvenfield Road, Inveralmond Industrial Estate, Perth, PH1 3HB (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia, that the Company be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed, in which petition the Sheriff of Tayside, Central and Fife at Perth by First Deliverance dated 5 April 2019, ordained any persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Perth Sheriff Court, Tay Street, Perth PH2 8NL within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement and eo die appointed Donald Iain McNaught, Insolvency Practitioner of Johnston Carmichael, 227 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2ND to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company with the powers specified in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, of all of which notice is hereby given.
