Pursuant to Section 283 of the Companies Act 2006, the following written resolutions were passed on 9 October 2020 as a Special resolution and an Ordinary resolution respectively: "That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Henry Lan (IP No. 8188) and David Rubin (IP No. 2591) both of David Rubin & Partners, Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, London N12 8LY be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally in exercising of any and all functions exercisable by a Liquidator appointed under the Insolvency Act 1986."
