At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Suite 5, 2nd Floor, Bulman House, Regent Centre, Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 3LS on 14 January 2020 at 3.30 pm, the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and as an Ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew David Haslam (IP No. 9551) and Antonya Allison (IP No. 23270) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Suite 5, 2nd Floor, Bulman House, Regent Centre, Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 3LS be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
