"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Oddy (IP No. 26330) and Jonathan Mark Amor (IP No. 017770) both of Azets Holdings Limited, 12 King Street, Leeds, LS1 2HL be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up. The Joint Liquidators will act jointly and severally.”
