A Petition to wind up the above-named company (registered no 04659102) whose registered is situate at 104-108 Wallgate, Wigan, WN3 4AB presented on 11 October 2016 by RUSSELL TAYLOR GROUP LIMITED of Marwood Building, Riverside Park, Bromborough, Wirrall, CH62 3QX claiming to be a creditor of the company will be heard at The Hig Courts of Justice, Liverpool District Registry at 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool, L2 2BX on 5 December 2016 at 10.00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
