"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Kerr (IP No. 9161) of SFP Restructuring Ltd, 9 Ensign House, Admirals Way, Marsh Wall, London E14 9XQ be, and is hereby, appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of the winding-up."
