A Petition to wind up the above-named company (registered no. 03969120) of Regency Court, Deansgate, Manchester, M3 2EN presented on 21 July 2017, by CERTAS ENERGY UK LIMITED of Sheilling House, Glenbervie Business Park, Larbert, FK5 4RB claiming to be a creditor of the company will be heard at Manchester County Court, Crown Square, Manchester, M60 9DJ, on 18 September 2017 at 10.00 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
