NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 20 March 2020 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session at Edinburgh by ByWater Services Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (company number 03749948) having its registered office at Unit 7 Telford Way, Stephenson Industrial Estate, Coalville, Leicestershire, LE67 3HE, craving the Court inter alia to order that Tokheim Solutions UK Limited, a company registered under the Companies Acts with registered number SC517423 and having its registered office at 19 Canning Street, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH3 8EH be wound up by the Court and to appoint an Interim Liquidator; in which Petition the Lord Ordinary at the Court of Session by Interlocutor dated 20 March 2020 appointed any parties claiming an interest in the Petition to lodge answers with the Court of Session at Edinburgh within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service.
