“That it has been proved, to the satisfaction of this Meeting, that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that the Company be wound-up and that Lorna Bingham, of Bingham Insolvency Limited t/a Bingham Associates, Suite 2/6 Avondale House, Strathclyde Business Park, Bellshill ML4 3NJ, (IP No 16350) be appointed Liquidator of the Company.”
