“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stacey Brown (IP No. 17950) and Malcolm Cohen (IP No. 6825) both of BDO LLP, 55 Baker Street, London, W1U 7EU be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up of the Company and that the Joint Liquidators are to act either alone or jointly."
