A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Trusted Windows Limited (12299164) of West House, King Cross Road, Halifax HX1 1EB, West House, King Cross Road, Halifax HX1 1EB (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is Windows and doors sales, presented on Wednesday 08 December 2021, at 10:00 by PEARL WINDOW SYSTEMS LIMITED, of Alex Hous, 260-268 Chapel Street, Salford M3 5JZ claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Leeds Combined Court, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on Tuesday 25 January 2022, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
