Notice is hereby given under Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, by Darren Brookes and Molly Monks, the Joint Liquidators to the creditors of Trust Medical Vehicle Services Ltd, that we intend declaring a first and final dividend to the non-preferential unsecured creditors within two months of the last date for proving specified below.

Creditors who have not already proved are required, on or before 13 September 2019, the last date for proving, to submit a proof of debt to us at The Old Bank, 187a Ashley Road, Hale, Cheshire, WA15 9SQ and, if so requested by us, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt before the date specified above is not entitled to disturb the dividend because he has not participated in it. No further public advertisement or invitation to prove debts will be given.
