At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held on 24 February 2017 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

1 “That the company be wound up voluntarily.”

2 “That Jason Mark Elliott and Craig Johns of Cowgill Holloway Business Recovery LLP be initially appointed as joint liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.”

At the subsequent creditors’ meeting, the creditors present and represented appointed Seamas Keating of PKF-FPM Accountants Limited as Liquidator, in place of the members’ liquidators.
