At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at: Purnells, 5a Kernick Industrial Estate, Penryn, near Falmouth, Cornwall, TR10 9EP on 05/04/2018 the following Resolutions were duly passed, number 1 as a Special Resolution and number 2 as an Ordinary Resolution:

1. That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind-up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that:

2. Lisa Alford (IP Number 9723) and Chris Parkman (IP Number 9588) of Purnells, 5a Kernick Industrial Estate, Penryn, near Falmouth, Cornwall, TR10 9EP, be and are hereby nominated Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the winding-up.
