NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court of Grampian, Highland and Islands at Aberdeen by LDF Finance No. 3 Limited (Registered Number 08822799) a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at Second Floor HQ Offices, 58 Nicholas Street, Chester CH1 2NP, (“PETITIONER”), craving the Court inter alia to order that TRUNK NETWORKS LIMITED, (Registered Number: SC351063) a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 55-57 West High Street, Inverurie AB51 3QQ be wound up by the Court and a Provisional Liquidator appointed and that by Interlocutor dated 1st September 2022, Court Ref: ABE-L28-22 appoints any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the petition should not be granted, should lodge answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen Sheriff Court within eight days of such intimation, service or advertisement under certification.
