"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Graham Stuart Wolloff (IP No. 8879) and Joseph Gordon Maurice Sadler (IP No. 9048) both of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 8 Warren Park Way, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 4SA are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the winding up."
