At a General Meeting of Members of the above named Company, duly convened, and held by conference call on 25 May 2018 at 2.30 pm, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special resolution and as ordinary resolutions:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Thomas (IP No. 8920) and Arron Kendall (IP No. 16050) both of Moorfields Advisory Limited, 88 Wood Street, London, EC2V 7QF be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Joint Liquidators be done by both or either of them.”
