A Petition to wind up the above named Company whose registered office is 1 Catherine Place, Bath, BA1 2PR, presented on 28 May 2021 by MS ELAINE ELHAJ (as executrix of the estate of Mr Denis Bell) acting as a Petitioning Creditor of the Company will be heard in the Bath District Registry, In the County Court at Bath on 27 July 2021 at 12:00 PM (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any persons intending to appear on the Hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioning Creditor’s Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 1600 hours on 26 July 2021.
