At a General Meeting of the LLP, convened, and held at Egale1, 80 St Albans Road, Watford, Herts, WD17 1DL on 17 March 2016 the following Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution were passed:

That the LLP be wound up voluntarily, and that J P Shaw and M Goldstein, both of Myers Clark, Egale 1, 80 St Albans Road, Watford, Hertfordshire WD17 1DL, (IP Nos 6084 and 12532) be appointed Joint Liquidators of the LLP for the purposes of the voluntary winding up and that the Joint Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in all aspects of the liquidation.”
