A Petition to wind up the above-named company of TROCK HOLDINGS LIMITED (10558059) of 33 Queen Street, Wolverhampton WV1 3AP, 91 Windmill Lane, Smethwick, B66 3JR (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is Other retail sale of new goods in specialised stores (not commercial art galleries and opticians), presented on Thursday 21 November 2019, at 00:00 by LEICESTER CITY COUNCIL, of York House, 91 Granby Street, Leicester LE1 6FB claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Companies Court, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 12 February 2020, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
