“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Kenneth Wilson Pattullo and Kenneth Robert Craig, both of Begbies Traynor, Second Floor, Excel House, 30 Semple Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8BL, (IP Nos. 8368 and 8584) be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act jointly and severally.”
