Notice is hereby that at a general meeting of the company, duly convened, and held virtually via Microsoft Teams, on 19 August 2021 at 3.00 pm the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the company, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Christopher Lewis (IP No. 24710) and Diana Frangou (IP No. 9559) both of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, St Philips Point, Temple Row, Birmingham, B2 5AF be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally."
