NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a virtual meeting of creditors is to be held at on 11 December 2018 at 11:30 am, for the purpose provided for in section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proxies and proofs to 4 Carlton Court, Brown Lane West, Leeds LS12 6LT. Proofs should be submitted by 4:00pm the business day before the meeting and proxies should be submitted before the meeting.

The convener of the meeting is the proposed Joint Liquidators on behalf of the director of the Company.
