A PETITION to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at Penhurst House, 352-356 Battersea Park Rd, London, United Kingdom, SW11 3BY presented on the 21 June 2022 by KINLEIGH LIMITED whose Registered Office is at KFH House, 5 Compton Road, London, England SW19 7QA claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on the 9 day of August 2022 at 10.00 hours (or as soon hereafter as the Petition can be heard).
