“That the LLP be wound up voluntarily and that Adam Henry Stephens (IP No. 9748) and Finbarr Thomas O’Connell (IP No. 7931) both of Smith & Williamson LLP, 25 Moorgate, London, EC2R 6AY be appointed Joint Liquidators of the LLP and that the Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the Liquidation for the purposes of such winding up.”
