Notice is hereby given that, on 29 June 2018, a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by Punav Ltd, incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number: SC535311) and having its registered office at West Wing Ground Floor, Custom House, Custom House Quay, Greenock PA15 1EQ craving the court inter alia that Tribeca Group (UK) Ltd, incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC448532) having its registered office at 2 Byres Road, Glasgow G11 5JY (“the Company”) be wound up and that Ian William Wright, Insolvency Practitioner, WRI Associates Limited, 3rd Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LB, be appointed Interim Liquidator; in which petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 29 June 2018 ordained all persons having an interest to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days of intimation, service or advertisement; and eo die appointed the said Ian William Wright to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company with the powers contained in Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
