Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 21 September 2022 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Thornton of HS Business Recovery Ltd., 3 The Courtyard, Woodlands, Bradley Stoke, Bristol BS32 4NQ be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”

Subsequently, the creditors resolved to appoint Henry Anthony Shinners (IP No. 9280) and Kevin Ley (IP No. 25090) both of Evelyn Partners LLP, 45 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7BG as the Joint Liquidators of the Company.
