Notice is hereby given by the Joint Liquidators, Tom Bowes (IP No. 17010) and Andrew Rosler (IP No. 9151) both of Ideal Corporate Solutions Limited, Lancaster House, 171 Chorley New Road, Bolton BL1 4QZ pursuant to Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 that we intend to declare a first and final dividend to the creditors of the Company within 2 months of the last date for proving set out below.

The creditors of the above named Company which is in liquidation, on or before 29 January 2021 ("the last date for proving") to prove their debts by sending to the undersigned, Tom Bowes of Ideal Corporate Solutions Limited, Lancaster House, 171 Chorley New Road, Bolton BL1 4QZ, the Joint Liquidator of the Company, written statements of the amounts they claim to be due to them from the Company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary.

Please note that the Joint Liquidaors may make this final dividend without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved.

A creditor who has not proved this debt before the declaration of any dividend is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the distribution of that dividend of any other dividend declared before his debt was proved.
