"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Samuel J Talby (IP No. 9404) and Mark Phillips (IP No. 9320) both of PCR (Bristol) LLP, 77A Alma Road, Clifton, Bristol, BS8 2DP be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."
