At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at the offices of Peach & Co Accountants, 115 Byrkley Street, Burton on Trent, DE14 2EG on 19 January 2018 at 1.00 pm the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Emily Ball (IP No. 19970) and John Anthony Lowe (IP No. 9513) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Stanford House, 19 Castle Gate, Nottingham, NG1 7AQ be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
