A Petition to wind up the above-named Company (registered no 10975764) of 11a Crusader Industrial Estate, Hermitage Road, London N4 1LZ (formerly 632 Green Lanes, London N8 0SD), presented on 28 November 2019 by Industrial Property Investment Fund acting by its general partner LEGAL & GENERAL PROPERTY PARTNERS (INDUSTRIAL FUND) LIMITED AND LEGAL & GENERAL PROPERTY PARTNERS (INDUSTRIAL) NOMINEES LIMITED (the Petitioner), claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL.
