At a general meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Mill 2 St Pegs Mill, Thornhills Beck Lane, Brighouse, HD6 4AH on 20 August 2020 the following resolutions were passed: 1 and 3 as Special resolutions and 2 and 4 as Ordinary resolutions.

Resolutions

1. "That the Company be wow1d up voluntarily" and

2. "That Jonathan Amor of A.M. Insolvency Limited, Mill 2 St Pegs Mill, Thornhills Beck Lane, Brighouse, HD6 4AH be appointed Liquidator of the Company" and

3. "That the Liquidator be authorised to distribute any of the Company's assets in specie" and

4. "That the Liquidator's fees will be charged as a fixed amount ofÂŁ 1,500.00 plus disbursements and VAT" .
