A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: That the proposals of the administrator be approved; Whether a creditors committee should be established; That the pre-appointment fees and expenses incurred by Hudson Weir Limited as detailed in section 7 of the proposals, be paid as an expense of the administration; and That the administrators be discharged from liability arising from the appointment 28 days after filing the final progress report.
