At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held on 6 April 2022 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

`That the Company be wound-up voluntarily and that Philippa Smith of Smith & Barnes Insolvency Practitioners Ltd, 22A Main Street, Garforth, Leeds, LS25 1AA is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of the winding up`

At the meeting of Creditors held on 6 April 2022, the creditors of the Company resolved that Stratford Hamilton and Peter Hart of PKF GM, 15 Westferry Circus, London, E14 4HD, be appointed joint liquidators of the Company.
