“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Claire Middlebrook, of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, One Lochrin Square, 92 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh EH3 9QE, (IP No. 9650) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company.” At the subsequent creditors’ decision procedure on 4 July 2022 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Claire Middlebrook of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, One Lochrin Square, 92 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, EH3 9QA, as Liquidator of the company.
