This notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 ("The Rules"). It is delivered by the Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Ian Yerrill of Yerrill Murphy, Gateway House, Highpoint Business Village, Henwood, Ashford, Kent, TN24 8DH. The virtual meeting will be held on 6 November 2017 at 3.00 pm.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following:

1. That creditors decide on the confirmation of the appointment of Liquidators. It is proposed that Ian Yerrill of Yerrill Murphy and Colin Hardman, of Smith and Williamson LLP, be appointed as Joint Liquidators and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the joint liquidators, may be done by all or any one or more of the persons holding the office of liquidator from time to time.

2. That the unpaid pre-appointment costs of Yerrill Murphy of ÂŁ5,000 plus VAT and disbursements be approved and paid to Yerrill Murphy as an expense of the the liquidation for assisting in all matters leading up to the appointment of the Joint Liquidators including, but not limited to, convening the members' meetings and assisting the directors with preparing the statement of affairs and report to creditors prior to the decision date to appoint the joint liquidators.

3. That Yerrill Murphy be authorised to draw the pre-appointment costs from the estate as and when funds permit.
