At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at FRP Advsiory Trading Limited, Ashcroft House, Ervington Court, Meridian Business Park, Leicester, LE19 1WL on 28 January 2022, at 4.00 pm the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that John Anthony Lowe (IP No. 009513) and Nathan Jones (IP No. 9326) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Ashcroft House, Ervington Court, Meridian Business Park, Leicester, LE19 1WL be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
