At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at CVR Global LLP, New Fetter Place West, 55 Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1AA on 22 September 2017, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Kevin Murphy (IP No. 8349) and Bai Cham (IP No. 18052) both of CVR Global LLP, New Fetter Place West, 55 Fetter Lane, London, EC1A 1AA be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
