Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 14 December 2016 as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon James Underwood and Mark Rodney Newton, both of Menzies LLP, Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9LT, (IP Nos 009732 and 2603) be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
