“That the Company be wound up voluntarily”

“That Amie Johnson and Yiannis Koumettou, of Alexander Lawson Jacobs, 1 Kings Avenue, Winchmore Hill, London, N21 3NA, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.
