A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, whose registered office is situated at 58a Marshall Road, Gillingham, ME8 0AW presented by P2P EDUCATION LIMITED whose registered office address is situate at T31 Broomfield House, Lanswoodpark, Colchester, Essex, CO7 7FD claiming to be a creditor of the Company, on 6 September 2019 and will be heard at The Rolls Building, Royal Courts of Justice, 7 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 23 October 2019 at 10:30 hours

(or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
