"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Hayley Watson (IP No. 23450) and Anthony Davidson (IP No. 11730) both of McTear Williams & Wood Limited, Townshend House, Crown Road, Norwich, NR1 3DT be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."
