"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Vincent A Simmons (IP No. 8898) of BV Corporate Recovery & Insolvency Services Limited, 7 St Petersgate, Stockport, Cheshire, SK1 1EB be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
