Notice is given by Roderick Graham Butcher to the creditors of Tramway Financial Management Limited that the following decision is sought from them by way of a Deemed Consent Procedure, for the appointment of Roderick Graham Butcher of Butcher Woods Limited as Liquidator.

To object to this decision, creditors must send to me at my offices at Butcher Woods Limited, 79 Caroline Street, Birmingham, B3 1UP a duly completed notice of objection by no later than 23.59 hours on 24 February 2021, the Decision Date, together with proof of their debt, (if not already been lodged) without which objections will be invalid.

Unless 10% of the creditors who would be entitled to vote at a qualifying decision procedure object to this decision, then it will be automatically approved on 24 February 2021, the Decision Date.

If no person is nominated by the creditors, then the existing liquidator will be the liquidator in the creditors’ voluntary winding up.
