"That the Limited Liability Partnership be wound up voluntarily and that Avner Radomsky (IP No. 12290) and Michael Goldstein (IP No. 12532) both of RG Insolvency, Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 1QQ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Limited Liability Partnership for the purposes of such winding up."
