At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at 91 Wilton Road, London, SW1V 1DW on 20 August 2021 at 3.30 pm, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Anthony Collier (IP No. 18910) and Lila Thomas (IP No. 9608) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 4th Floor, Abbey House, Booth Street, Manchester, M2 4AB be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
