Notice is hereby given that on 10 August 2020 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Lothian and Borders at Edinburgh by Pelliconi & C.S.p.AVIA EMILIA 314, 40064 Ozzano Dell'Emila, Bologna, ITALY, craving the Court to order that Tradepack (Scotland) Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (company number SC173829) and having its registered office at 20 Lochend Road, Newbridge, Ratho Station, Edinburgh EH28 8SY (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointment to the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by interlocutor dated 10 August 2020 appointed all persons having interest to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh within 8 days after intimation, service and advertisement; all of which Notice is hereby given.
