"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Meany (IP No. 9453) and Maxine Reid (IP No. 11492) both of Quantuma LLP, The Old Town Hall, 71 Christchurch Road, Ringwood, BH24 1DH be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up."
