Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 29 June 2022 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jonathan David Trembath and Samuel Adam Bailey of Richard J Smith & Co, 53 Fore Street, Ivybridge, Devon, PL21 9AE, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."

Please note that at a physical meeting which was held virtually in line with the current UK Government guidelines at 3.00 pm on the 29th June 2022, the creditors of the company nominated Andrew Watling and Richard Wragg of Quantuma Advisory Limited to act as Joint Liquidators of the Company, and as a result of the voting, Andrew Watling (IP No 15910) and Richard Wragg (IP No 23130) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, Office D, Beresford House, Town Quay, Southampton, SO14 2AQ are the Joint Liquidator of the Company.
